A landlord can expect to buy an apartment for rent in Dubai Studio City from between AED 450,000 and AED 985,000, while a tenant can expect to lease the same property for between AED 26,000 and AED 650,000 annually. Apartments are rented quickly as there are only 30% left in certain residential clusters.

Apartments in Dubai Studio City will attract mainly young, physically active tenants who may or may not have families with them.

Al Kifaf

The new development of Al Kifaf is known for its high-rise residential towers, wood and stainless-steel highlights, and marble finishing. The typical apartment for rent in Al Kifaf will have 1-5 Bedrooms, and 1-4 bathrooms, with some bathrooms being en suite.

The typical apartment for rent will have a children’s play area, a foyer, a kitchen, a cloakroom, a living/dining room, and a powder room. It will also have at least one terrace.

The development of Al Kifaf is not yet complete. However, there will be a health club, a rooftop pool, and a park in the area. The name of the park is Zabeel Park.

Dubai Studio City and Al Kifaf are two different locales where you can get an apartment for rent in Dubai. Dubai Studio City caters to the younger crowd and those who have friends as roommates. Al Kifaf, on the other hand, is a new development and is a very risky investment for new landlords, but seasoned landlords will have no problem navigating the challenges of a new development.
